Lemon Curb Cornflake
The recipe and methods of cooking it, is the same as Honey Cornflake. The only different is instead of honey, mama substituted it with lemon curb and mama used big cup cake cases. It's yummy ......
Digestive Biscuit with cream cheese n fruits
Recipe for Digestive Biscuits with Cream Cheese n Fruits
A few pieces of digestive biscuits
Softened cream cheese (depends either full cream or light), mama used full cream
fruits (kiwi/strawberry/melon/banana/blueberries), cut into small pieces
choc sprinkles/cocoa powder/grated chocolate
Directions:
1. Spread the softened cream cheese on the biscuits
2. Arrange the fruits on top of the cream cheese
3. Sprinkle the choc
Ready to eat as tit-bits, my children really love it......
